Sketchbook

Drawn to paper. Since my first lock-n-key journal at age 8, I’ve recorded thoughts, scribbles, drawings, and images in both cheap spiral-bound notebooks and expensive journals. Pens & QuiltingI never tire of the delight of starting a new notebook. There is a box on the other side of the world chock full of at least two journals per year since 1986. In Turkey, much of my work is stored in image files rather than on paper, but I still keep graphic and composition notebooks in my bag, on my work table, or in a jacket pocket. These sketchbook pages span from 2002 to the present.
